A: A box piece phone is a brand new, sealed device that has never been used. It comes with all original accessories and packaging.
Q: Do your phones come with a warranty?
A: Open box phones come with a seller warranty. Box piece phones come with the standard manufacturer warranty. Please check the individual product listing for warranty details.

A: Delivery within Hyderabad takes 1–2 business days. For other cities, it typically takes 2–7 business days depending on location.
