1. Shipping Locations
We ship across India. For local customers in Hyderabad, in-store pickup is also available at our Banjara Hills location.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Hyderabad: 1–2 business days
- Other metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai): 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.
- A flat shipping fee applies for orders below ₹10,000 (calculated at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to track your delivery in real time.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
