Device Condition

1. Device Types We Sell

Every device we sell is classified under one of the following device types. The applicable type is shown on the product page:

• Certified — a device that has been inspected, tested and, where required, serviced so that it is fully functional. It is not new, but it is presented in clean, working condition.
• Used — a device sold in its existing condition without any servicing. Cosmetic wear and battery ageing may be present.
• Demo — a display or demonstration unit that has been used in a store. Functionally complete, with possible cosmetic marks.
• Global — a device sourced from an international market. It is fully functional; network-band support and manufacturer service may differ from India-market units.

Cosmetic condition and any known imperfections are described on the product page. Because we do not offer refunds or returns, please review the device type and condition carefully before purchase.

2. No Store Warranty

123 Mobile Hub does not provide a warranty on the devices it sells. Each device is sold in the type and condition stated on its product page.

3. Check Before You Buy

Please confirm the model, variant, colour, device type and condition on the product page before purchase, and inspect the device at the time of delivery or in-store purchase. 123 Mobile Hub does not provide refunds or returns; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. 4. Manufacturer Warranty

Some new or sealed devices may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Such warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by 123 Mobile Hub, and is subject to the manufacturer's own terms and service network. Where applicable, we will share the invoice you need for a manufacturer claim.
