These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 123 Mobile Hub website and your purchase, sale or exchange of devices with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order or sell a device. By transacting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

2. Products & Descriptions

We sell mobile devices and accessories. Device condition and grading are described on each product page. Colours, images and packaging may vary slightly from the actual product. We make reasonable efforts to describe devices accurately, and device types are explained in our Device Condition policy. If a description is materially inaccurate, please contact us at the time of delivery or in-store purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including UPI and Cash on Delivery where available. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and, for prepaid orders, after payment is received.

4. No Refunds and No Returns

All sales are final, and 123 Mobile Hub does not provide a warranty on the devices it sells. Please inspect your device at the time of delivery or in-store purchase, and review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before ordering. Any manufacturer's warranty is provided by the manufacturer, as described in our Device Condition policy.

5. Selling & Exchanging Devices

When you sell or exchange a device, you confirm that you are the lawful owner and that the device is not stolen, blocked or subject to any third-party claim. Final value is confirmed after in-person inspection and may differ from an online estimate if the device condition does not match what was declared. See our Buy / Sell Terms.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines and coverage are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is misuse or fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to 123 Mobile Hub and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order governs that order.
